Breathing New Life into Fashion Waste

Ever since I started Neither Nor, I’ve been mindful of the scraps and offcuts left behind after each collection’s production. Pattern cutting inevitably creates pieces of varying sizes, and it always bothered me to see these beautiful remnants go unused. Right from our very first collection, Metanoia, I committed to keeping these scraps and repurposing them into unique, smaller accessories.

One of my earliest design solutions was creating potli bags that complement the main outfits. These petite accessories not only reduce waste but also capture the essence of each collection. Through matching fabrics, embroidery techniques, and textures, our potlis become charming, giftable reminders of the artistry and effort behind every garment.

Beyond completing your outfit, these potlis double as charming, giftable items—little pieces of our brand’s story that you can share with others. By turning waste into something both functional and beautiful, we strive to uphold our commitment to responsible fashion. For me, it’s not just about adding another accessory; it’s about honoring the creativity, materials, and craftsmanship that define Neither Nor.
